Senior Adult Fitness

There are several opportunities throughout the week to meet with other seniors to work on flexibility and strengthening. Wednesdays at 5:30 pm is the Senior Stretch class.   Saturdays beginning at 10 am is Light Exercise followed-up at 11 am with Chair Yoga. All these classes meet in the Annex Conference Room. Murray Hill Walking Club

The MH Walking Club meets on Saturdays at 8:00 am to walk around the neighborhood at a manageable pace. Exercise is the key goal, but they are a fantastic community that welcomes all ages and fitness levels. If you're interested in joining, let them know so you can get the up-to-date information.


The Yoga class meets on Sundays from 5:00-6:00pm in the Annex Conference Room. All are welcome, and they have a few mats if you're just getting started. For more information, contact
