Senior Adult Fitness

There are several opportunities throughout the week to meet with other seniors to work on flexibility and strengthening. Wednesdays at 5:30 pm is the Senior Stretch class.   Saturdays beginning at 10 am is Light Exercise followed-up at 11 am with Chair Yoga. All these classes meet in the Annex Conference Room.
